Revello runs this website. This page explains what personal information we collect through it, why we collect it, who else handles it, and the choices you have. Questions are welcome at info@revelloagency.com.
What we collect
- When you send us a message: your name, your email address, your store or website if you add it, and what you write.
- When you book a call: our booking calendar is provided by Calendly. It collects your name, your email address and anything you add to the booking, and passes those details to us.
- When you visit: our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs — such as your IP address, your browser and the pages requested — to run and protect the site.
- Visit statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits — which pages are viewed, where visitors come from, and roughly which country and device. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify or track you as an individual.
This website doesn't use advertising trackers, and it doesn't set cookies. The booking calendar only loads when you choose to open it; Calendly may then use its own cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your message and talk about working together.
- To arrange and hold the calls you book.
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for anything you haven't asked for.
Who else handles your information
We use a few services to run this website and our business:
- Netlify hosts this website and receives the contact form (Netlify's privacy policy).
- Calendly runs our booking calendar (Calendly's privacy policy).
- Cloudflare counts visits to this website (Cloudflare's privacy policy).
- Google provides our email and calendar (Google's privacy policy).
These companies may store and process information in the United States and other countries, where it can be accessed under the laws of those countries.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and booking details for as long as we need them to reply, to work with you and to keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Keeping it safe
This website is only served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only the Revello team can see what you send us. No way of storing or sending information is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect yours.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, withdraw your consent, or have it deleted. Email info@revelloagency.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
